Branching Acropora that carries its colour in three separate places: magenta to rose corallites crowded along the branches, dark red polyps extending from each one, and a yellow-gold encrusting base that stays gold while the branches stay pink. Axial tips are pale, close to cream. The gold base under pink branches is the pairing that recurs in every photograph of it.
Pink Acropora are everywhere and the sellers do not agree about this one: some copy gives it a blue and green growth rim and a swirl of blues and purples, which none of the photographs show. Read the base rather than the branches. Gold to yellow-green encrusting tissue under pink corallites, with polyps sitting dark red rather than orange, is the pairing that separates it. Colour is lighting-dependent as in every Acropora, so a brown frag may still be this coral and a pink one may be any of a dozen others, and only lineage from the seller settles it. What PC stands for is not stated by any seller.
