A Discosoma mushroom with a neon green ground splattered with dark, near-black speckles and streaks, in no repeating pattern. The mouth is green or dark. It is sold in the Jawbreaker group, but the orange of the plain Jawbreaker is not part of it.
The ground colour is the identification. An older plain Jawbreaker can grow green speckles too, but on an orange ground, so read the colour between the markings rather than the markings. Sellers say the dark spotting differs from leaf to leaf and some drop Jawbreaker from the name, so buy the leaf in the photograph. It has nothing to do with the Kryptonite Candy Cane, which shares only the trade word for neon green.
